How to set up and validate locally

Prerequisites:

  1. Enable epic_color_highlight feature flag
  2. The namespace must have Ultimate plan.

Steps to verify:

  1. Visit a Group
  2. Create a new Epic and got to Epic's detail page
  3. Change the default colour.
  4. Check if the Epic's colour is reflected on Roadmaps and Epic boards
