Group-level Deps: Connect component filter

This MR adds the capability to filter group-level dependencies by components.

It also cleans up the descriptions of some recently added specs.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Navigate to a group with projects that contain vulnerabilities
  2. Go to the group's dependencies (Secure -> Dependency List)
  3. Select "Component" filters and verify that the results get updated accordingly when applying the selected filters
