Added a Secure E2E test for Dependency List

What does this MR do?

Added an end to end test verifying the Dependency List and all necessary QA selectors and page objects for it.

Also updated the fixture used for Secure tests to a newer version of the Dependency Scan report that includes the full dependency list.

This will accomplish one of the six tasks within gitlab-org/quality/testcases#7 (closed).

Moves forward OKR: gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com#4344 (closed).
