Remove one spec from user_with_namespace_shim.yml

spec/features/profiles/personal_access_tokens_spec.rb doesn't exist. It was replaced by spec/features/user_settings/personal_access_tokens_spec.rb in Redirect personal access tokens to user_settings (!139306 - merged). spec/features/user_settings/personal_access_tokens_spec.rb is already present in user_with_namespace_shim.yml.
