Revert "Merge branch 'ga4-csp-google-signal' into 'master'"

What does this MR do and why?

This reverts !147024 (merged) because the inclusion of all Google domains could exceed the allowed response headers. We should evaluate whether this might break GitLab.com or other installations that enable CSP rules.
