What does this MR do and why?

Fixed a misleading typo with discordant information

In here we specify that Docker Registry is not "Hashed Storage" compatible but then in the "S3 Compatible" column we say nothing.

Because in the Docker Registry doc, we specify it's available: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/packages/container_registry.html#configure-storage-for-the-container-registry

Although the consolidated form seems not supported yet: https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/administration/object_storage.html#configure-each-object-type-to-define-its-own-storage-connection-storage-specific-form
