Add limitations to the Gitea importer documentation page

What does this MR do and why?

After we noticed that the Gitea importer does not import all comments from pull requests, we opened a ticket with Gitlab support and after they did some research, it turned out that the importer simply can't do that.

To save other people from needing to do this, I have included this limitation on the corresponding documentation page.
