Fix docs links in analytics instrumentation instructions page

What does this MR do and why?

Fixes tow bad links within the instrumentation instructions page of the product analytics onboarding flow.

  1. The dashboards link was going to / instead of the dashboards list
  2. The Browser SDK link was pointing at the browser SDK repo, however docs for this have moved into the main docs.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Follow these instructions to setup Product Analytics in GDK.
  2. Start onboarding a project at Project > Analytics > Analytics dashboards > Set Up [product analytics].
  3. Once you get the instrumentation instructions step, verify links take you to the right place
