Add the Rapid Diffs overview flow diagram

What does this MR do and why?

  • Moves / copies the "Purpose" paragraph from the wiki for Rapid Diffs to the blueprint document
  • Moves / copies the "Critical Phases" diagram from the wiki for Rapid Diffs to the blueprint document.
  • Also adds a small footnote indicating that the "Front end" section is hiding a lot of unexplored complexity
