Remove CI_COMPONENT_FQDN variable
What does this MR do and why?
Followup to the two related MRs. The CI_COMPONENT_FQDN is more accurately named the CI_SERVER_FQDN, which was added a few days later, so we should clean up the tech debt and remove the original variable, which is no longer mentioned in the docs (https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/variables/predefined_variables.html)
