Adds create ticket via UI and API walkthrough video to docs

What does this MR do and why?

As part of the release post creation, I recorded a walkthrough video for creating Service Desk tickets from the UI and via the API. Thsi MR adds links to the relevant sections of the Service Desk user documentation.
