"Can someone please clarify what this means in the doc on how change failure rate is calculated: All incidents are related to a production environment. Does this mean that if we are tracking incidents across both production and non-production deployment tiers, then we aren't, from a DORA metrics standpoint, filtering out the non-production incidents? My understanding is that we can determine whether an incident is for a prod or non-prod environment based on the alert associated with it, but it's unclear if we use that information to only include production env incidents in the calculation."
