Update service_accounts.md to clarify trial availability

What does this MR do and why?

We have had a few queries around service account availability on Premium and Ultimate trials. As these are based on available subscriptions that don't exist for trials, and can be used to generate access tokens, which are also not available on trials, we should highlight it in the docs
