Draft: Add coverage_report as artifacts

What does this MR do and why?

I see that we don't have the Test Coverage Visualization feature visible on MRs, and I'd like to understand why that's the case.

I'll follow https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/ci/testing/test_coverage_visualization.html#troubleshooting, which requires a coverage report to be available for inspection.

This MR adds the coverage report to job artifacts, so that we can download and inspect it.
