Switch tab based on URL hash
What does this MR do and why?
Currently there's a way to make Usage Quotas page render a specific tab on the page load based on the URL
hash (the content after the #
sign).
This MR accounts for adding this behavior to Usage Quotas Layout App
.
We're also Moving the Title
and Subtitle
back to haml
, to add some perceived performance
while the Vue
apps are loading.
