Moves full stop out of "Learn More" links.
Fullstops were moved outside anchor elements to achieve consistency accross the product as described here:

How to set up and validate locally
- Run project locally:
gdk start - Access Admin Area (Link to "Admin Area" on the bottom left of the home page)
- Click on Settings > Account and limit (Click "expand")
- Validate requirement under affected sections (Remember me, New users set to external and Dormant users)
