Add integration logo: JetBrains TeamCity and JetBrains YouTrack

What does this MR do and why?

This MR:

• updates svg dependency to include the newest logos
• renames YouTrack integration to JetBrains YouTrack
• adds integrations logos to IntegrationYouTrack and IntegrationTeamCity integrations
• adds attribution notice to both integrations

How to set up and validate locally

1. Checkout the branch
2. Visit the integrations page Settings/Integrations
3. And visit both integrations JetBrains TeamCity and JetBrains YouTrack
4. Validate that new logos are correctly displayed.

note: you might need to run yarn install to update local dependencies!
