Update product group to security_policies

What does this MR do and why?

In gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com!110659 (diffs) the group "container_security" was renamed to "security_policies".

In a effort to keep the ownership data in the metric definitions up-to-date, this MR updates the metrics that had the wrong product group.

Notice that all the updated metrics has status: removed so this update is only to make sure that we can find a metric owner if we have any issues with old instances.
