Update product group to pipeline_execution

What does this MR do and why?

In gitlab-com/www-gitlab-com@6c663655 the group "continuous_integration" was renamed to "pipeline_execution".

In a effort to keep the ownership data in the metric definitions up-to-date, this MR updates the single metric that had the outdated product group.
