What does this MR do?

Expands on the edits made in !142561 (merged) to help direct readers along their chosen adventure.

This MR adjusts the copy to further minimize the amount of reading someone needs to do in order to find where they're going. Removes the "note" so that it's not the first thing people notice, and puts the Discord into a final Recommended step per recommended steps.
