Add namespace to Github Importer messages

What does this MR do and why?

Move text related to Importer under GithubImport or Import namespace. As it is easier to filter translations by Namespace.

Changes to the file locale/gitlab.pot were made by running: tooling/bin/gettext_extractor locale/gitlab.pot
