Match only stable branch for mysql upgrade specs
What does this MR do?
Follow up from https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/14361 .
The change in https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/14361 was only matching stable branch name but it did not account for having a stable branch full name somewhere in a feature branch name. This means that the specs would still run on branch such as: working-on-12-0-stable-ee-fix
This MR adds ^ and $ anchors to only match stable branch full name.
