Refactor formatting of duo cache key into method
requested to merge 440677-follow-up-from-implement-checking-for-the-add-on-seat-for-chat-users into master
What does this MR do and why?
Create a handy method to avoid calling format(User::DUO_PRO_ADD_ON_CACHE_KEY, user_id: user.id) over and over again.
We still have places when we call this format with id directly, without user object.
