What does this MR do and why?
Remove .borderless, .nav-links-unboxed
After the restyle login pages the borders around the tabs were removed.
We decide to removed .borderless, and .nav-links-unboxed and make it
the default style. Simplify the associated CSS style for the borders around the tabs.
