What does this MR do and why?
This MR removes the feature flag ci_partitioning_use_ci_pipeline_variables_routing_table as the feature has been on production for the past 2 days.
All the traffic for Ci::PipelineVariable is now using our new partitioned table and leveraging partition pruning.
Why are we doing this?
