Fix issue with selecting expired milestones in RTE
When selecting an expired milestone in RTE, the "(expired)" suffix would also append to the content. This commit fixes that.

How to set up and validate locally
- In an issue, in rich text editor, type

to trigger the milestones autocomplete dropdown. - Select an expired milestone.
- Notice that the
(expired)
suffix no longer is present in the milestone reference added to the content.
