Overview

Source Code group is responsible for one of the largest number of db tables: https://gitlab-com.gitlab.io/gl-infra/platform/stage-groups-index/source-code.html. However, not all of them are responsible for the Source Code functionality. Let's move some db tables ownership from Source Code to Code Review and Compliance.
