E2E tests against job local cng deployment

What does this MR do and why?

  • Add e2e tests running against CNG deployment on kind cluster
  • Add e2e tests running against minimal supported redis version using CNG deployment

Currently main purpose for this is to validate that minimal supported redis version defined is indeed working in a full install.

Follow-up: Remove E2E test running against review-app as this setup is more stable due to significantly simpler k8s setup that runs in the same job.
