Replace icons with corresponding options

What does this MR do and why?

In Pajamas there is a guideline on for specific meaning, specific icon. This change replaces two icons to align closer with the corresponding filter token.

• admin is reserved for the Admin Area, so using an icon like better aligns with Draft because it's represents compose.
• cloud-gear is ambiguously related to infrastructure, but Environment has it's own dedicated icon
