Switch avatar from circle to rounded square in breadcrumb
What does this MR do and why?
The avatars for projects and groups have been having defaulting to a circle shape in the breadcrumb. This conditional matches the GlBreadcrumb more closely.

How to set up and validate locally
- Navigate to a Project
- Make sure an avatar has been added for both the project and group
- Observe the change in the breadcrumb at the top of the page.
- Look for potential regressions - I used
/admin/groups/gitlab-orgto look for impacts to different avatars on the page
