What does this MR do and why?
This MR changes the namespace for Google Cloud Platform Artifact Registry classes from Integrations/GoogleCloudPlatform to GoogleCloudPlatform to avoid any collision with the project integrations
The project integration itself will be namespaced with Integrations/GoogleCloudPlatform
