Draft: Documenting customer process for adding secondary subscription contact to the Portal
What does this MR do?
Until recently customers needed to contact L&R Support to add/remove/change their subscription contacts, whether that involved changing Sold-To
/Bill-To
contacts, or just enabling further users in customer organisations to see their organisation's purchases.
Recently the Customer Portal was updated to enable customers to manage their own Sold-To
/Bill-To
contacts, however to add other contacts customers still need to contact L&R.
Upon receiving such a request L&R SEs provide the list of permissible proofs to the customer, however this step could be avoided if the proofs are listed in the docs. (Meaning a contact modification request could be wrapped up in a single response, all things going well)
