Remove mention of password in Customers Portal login steps

What does this MR do?

Customers Portal login deprecated the email and password option and instead uses a one time sign in link sent to an email. This MR replaces mention of password with the one time sign in link to better help customers who are unable to log in to their Customers Portal accounts.
