What does this MR do and why?

This MR fixes component registration in tests

Certain tests are failing with Vue.js 3 due to missing component registration

When running in VUE 3 mode, there will be a snapshot failure. Snapshots will be fixed in separate issue, this fix is only about missing component registrations

How to set up and validate locally

  1. stay on master, run VUE_VERSION=3 yarn jest --watch and selected test file name
  2. Make sure there are errors run just yarn jest --watch and selected test file name and make sure there are no errors
  3. Checkout branch repeat same commands, there should be no errors for both commands
