WIP: Geo - Remove legacy queries from AttachmentRegistryFinder
What does this MR do?
We made Foreign Data Wrapper (FDW) a hard requirement in %12.0, see In https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/11006. This removes the legacy queries in the Geo::AttachmentRegistryFinder.
