Adds a dismissible feedback banner to built-in product analytics dashboards for Add a banner to built in dashboards for feedbac... (#430252 - closed).

The component uses the UserCalloutDismisser component to sync the banner render state with the backend.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Follow the instructions to set up Product Analytics on your devkit.
  2. Go to a test project in your group that has product analytics enabled.
  3. View Projects > Analyze > Analytics dashboards and click on Set up to onboard product analytics.
  4. After onboarding, open either the Audience or Behaviour dashboard to confirm the banner displays.
