Remove individual permissions from MemberRole API

What does this MR do and why?

This MR:

  • removes individual permission arguments from the MemberRoleCreate mutation
  • removes individual permission fields from the MemberRole type

The individual permission fields from the MemberRole type and the MemberRoleCreate mutation itself is marked alpha, so these can be removed immediately.
