Add integration tests for execution policy actions

What does this MR do and why?

Strategy for integration test is to fully mount root component (page)

And test interaction between components.

In this case:

1. Selecting rule should reflect in yaml preview
2. While switching between rule and yaml mode, policy state has to persist
