Add missing filter for the group merge requests listing

What does this MR do and why?

This MR adds a missing property to the documentation. I checked I could use the wip query param on the /groups/{group_id}/merge_requests endpoints, and although it wasn't mentioned on the documentation, it worked just as well as for the /merge_requests endpoint.
