Send only pod logs usage total on the usage data

What does this MR do?

Based on https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/merge_requests/13962, we don't need to bloat the JSON payload that GitLab sends with additional data since the version.gitlab.com stores only the "pod_logs_usages_total".
