adds more options to global minimum mirror sync time

Adds the possibility of setting the global minimum mirror sync time to either three, six or twelve hours aswell as the previous options that were already available.

Steps to configure minimum mirror sync time:

  • Go to /admin and click on the cogwheel > Settings

  • Go to Account and Limit Settings and select the preferred minimum mirror sync time
