Add Concurrency limit Sidekiq Middleware
What does this MR do and why?
This MR introduces a new Sidekiq middleware to limit the number of concurrent jobs for a specific worker. The first worker is going to be ElasticCommitIndexerWorker since it has caused issues for large SM customers.
