What does this MR do and why?

This MR updates the Analytics dashboards list to hide the Visualization designer button unless a custom dashboard project has been configured to resolve [Bug] Only show visualization designer button i... (#429536 - closed). It also updates the button string from Visualization Designer to Visualization designer to adhere to our guidelines and match the other strings on display.

Note: Product Analytics and Analytics dashboards are experimental features hidden behind a default off feature flag.

How to set up and validate locally

  1. Enable the required feature flags.

  2. Run GDK in SaaS mode with an Ultimate license.

  3. Set the Ultimate plan on your test group.

  4. Enable Experiment & Beta features on your test group.

    1. Go to Settings > General.
    2. Expand Permissions and group features.
    3. Enable Experiment & Beta features and Product analytics.
    4. Select Save changes.

  5. Set up the DevKit and connect it to your GDK.
