Changed the AI icon from purple to gray
What does this MR do and why?
The GitLab Duo Chat menu item (under the help menu) currently has a purple icon next to it. We do not use purple iconography in the product. This MR update the icon to be gray.

How to set up and validate locally
- Set up AI features on the GDK
- On the Navigation sidebar, click the Help menu at the bottom
- See that the Tanuki Sparkle icon is now gray instead of purple
