How to set up and validate locally

Numbered steps to set up and validate the change are strongly suggested.

1. Navigate to a project > secure > policies
2. The tooltip shows in the following scenario "If they have selected protected branch as a policy condition and the user turns this overwritten feature off for the first time. We want to warn the user that this is not good to turn off the settings: disallow force push etc. This warning only shows once per user."
