Draft: New snapshot for PrAT/GrAT

What does this MR do and why?

Based on a slack (internal) discussion we realized that the snapshot in the doc doesn't reflect group access tokens that are also listed in credentials inventory. This MR updates the snapshot and the revocation instructions
