Issue#432460 - Add sorting for the name column of policies table

What does this MR do and why?

It is related to issue #432460 (closed)

What I understand from the issue is that there is no sorting available on the column, name on the Policy page hence I made that column sortable. This will ensure that there will be an arrow appearing on that column when the user tries to perform the sort on it.
