Remove logging for read_namespace ability usages

What does this MR do and why?
As part of #421150 (closed) we are making :read_namespace behave like :read_group. To make sure that we don't have any current usages of that ability, we implemented some logging which is going to be removed here as well.
- Remove logging for read_namespace ability usages
- Make read_namespace behave as read_group ability
