Add DependencyList report

What does this MR do?

This is a part of Dependency List backend feature https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ee/issues/11759

In this MR DependencyList report is added as well as needed Parser, Formatter and changes for CI models. Now it's possible to get dependency_list by pipeline:

pipeline.dependency_list_report
