Add clarifications to offline Trivy DB usage

What does this MR do and why?

The current version of the guide Create and use a Trivy Java database mirror:

  • It does not mention that the database is not a regular docker image that cannot be pulled via docker pull
  • :1 seems to be automatically added when using CS_TRIVY_JAVA_DB, so we don't need to specify it in the value of this variable.
